These Terms apply to your use of the Sunrisecoveterrace website and to any service, reservation or experience arranged through it.

1. Agreeing to these Terms

By visiting or using this website you accept these Terms. If you do not accept them, please refrain from using the site.

2. Minimum age

This website and our resort are for adult guests aged 18 and over only. By confirming your age on the entry page you affirm that this is true. We may ask for photographic identification upon arrival.

3. Bookings and payment

• All reservations depend on availability and confirmation.
• Prices are quoted in EUR and include statutory VAT where applicable; city tax and gratuities may be additional.
• A valid credit card is needed to secure a reservation. Full payment is collected on departure unless otherwise agreed.

4. Cancellation

Reservations may be cancelled without charge up to fourteen (14) days before arrival. Within fourteen days the first night is charged; no-shows are charged the full stay. Best Available Rates may be cancelled until 48 hours before arrival. Travel insurance is strongly recommended.

5. Guest conduct

We reserve the right to decline service or end a stay when a guest endangers staff or other guests, damages property, fails to follow our gaming rules, or otherwise breaches reasonable standards of conduct.

6. Gaming

Gaming on our property is regulated by International law and is available only to guests aged 18 and over. We encourage responsible gaming; self-exclusion and limits can be arranged at any time with our gaming host.

7. Liability

We take every reasonable step to maintain a safe environment. Our liability is capped to the fullest extent allowed by applicable law. We are not liable for valuables left outside the in-room safe or hotel safe.

8. Intellectual property

All content on this website (text, images, logos, design) belongs to Sunrisecoveterrace or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual-property laws.

9. Links to other sites

This website may include links to third-party websites. We accept no responsibility for the content or practices of those sites.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the law of International. Disputes fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Cannes.
